'Sleaze' undergirds passage of cap and trade
The former communications director for the Senate Environment and Public Works minority staff is outraged that the House has passed the cap-and-trade legislation. The Waxman-Markey Energy Bill, or cap and trade, is now headed to the U.S. Senate after passing the House by a slim margin last Friday.
